At Cotopaxi, we stand behind our Gear for Good and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

  Select Your Preference

  Choose whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in the original packaging or a durable mailer.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
